I’m sorry about your package. But this is coming from someone who spent over 3 years in a FedEx hub. That handling of your package was likely some of the gentlest handling that it received.
You titled this under “CrimeWatch” 
I know this happens at the delivery hubs but we shouldn’t see it at our house. I just received a new home base 3 a couple weeks ago and the delivery person literally threw it from 10 feet away and it tumbled and rolled across my porch. no need for that could have walked up a couple of steps, no gates and set it down.

I would turn this over to the company he drives for guaranteed he will have a write up coming and a stern talking to unless he’s a poor worker all around properly attendee attitude ect this is why are stuff shows up broken damaged . Sad realky
