Miss the sign for the solar panel

Hello together,
I own two SoloCam S340.
As you can see on the photo, for one camera is shown a sign which I think is for the connected solar panel.
I miss the sign for the second one above.
The plug is in and everything seems OK.
What can I do?

Hmmm.. have you figured it out yet?
Check the settings for that camera. Power Manager _ power source
Try toggling it to battery and then back to solar..
I also see your Wi-Fi signal on that cam is weak.

Also check the cable is firmly connected. Unplugging and reattach cable. If you have 2 S340s swap the solar panels around, maybe one is faulty.

Thank you guys,
after disconnecting and plug in two times, now it works and the sign is there.
So everything ist ok and in function.

Hi, thank you. The signal is a little weak when the blinds are down in the night.
But it works fine so far.

@stefan.kuehne I am glad my solution fixed it and it is all working now. I think Eufy meant to award the best solution to the solver (me) not the OP :grin:

The OP is the one is the one that selects the solver, probably tapped it in error unknowing, you’ll get there soon :grin:

Sorry, that was my fault. Can I change it? I tried but it did not work.
