I purchased my Solo S3 in January. Solar panel stopped working well. And now the app says it’s not connected at all, but it is.
Anyone else with this problem? It has only been up 2 months. TIA.

I’m having issues with Solar Wall light solar charging & battery draining too fast. As well another Eufy security cam Both are wireless. Only had eufy cams less than a year & hving this issue to no avail Help. Not happy with these eufy cams. I tried Everything I could to remedy issue but to no avail. Will not recommend or purchase another eufy security cam.
Have you angled it correctly? The sun in the sky has moved position and might be out of optimal range?
If it is a separate solar panel that plugs into the camera I have found that it gets a little corroded I do a very carefully cleaning to the connection points and I put dialectical grease on it and had no problems since. As for collecting sun, the angle is important
Thank you. A friend pulled out the connector and cleaned the contact. It’s now working again. Thanks for the comment.
