I have the eufy solo cam s340 and the solar panel it’s not doing its job. It charges like 2-3% always. And the panel is facing the sun directly. Also every now and then I see that the solar panel is not detected but a few mins later I see it charging. (I saw lots of ppl get this message). I’m thinking of getting a different solar panel. Any suggestions? And is anyone with this camera experiencing the same thing ? #eufysolocams340
I noticed one of my cameras was doing this and I just went outside and gave the cable going into the camera a little push and I felt it go in a little bit farther. Make sure it’s seated correctly. But yes I have noticed it does this now and again even though it’s connected correctly. I don’t have a solution.
My Solo Cam S340 can be charged by the solar planel normally. When I install it, I charge it fully by usb power supply. It can ensure the device can be charged normally. Then I set the solar panel facing to sun by install it to South East direction with certain angle. Make sure the junction of the cable connecting fit tightly. Hope you can fix the problem.
