My solar panel wont charge my camera!! Help

I have the same problem but with the SoloCam S40. Eufy support wasn’t able to help me because I’m out of warranty.

Same problem with new s340. Losing 5% charge/day. Solar reported 21% efficiency for 1 day but not others. Good solar location and set to solar charging. Like there is zero charging happening from panel.
