Seems like the latest x10 software no longer supports mopping carpets, I used this feature routinely for freshening carpets in some rental properties I own, in between tenants. Is there any way to restore this mode, or to go back to the software that allowed mopping carpets? I own four X10s that are in constant use for this purpose, but I’ll have to dump them for another brand if I can’t get this task done with the x10s.

I don’t think that was even a feature? Sounds more like a bug that they addressed by raising up the mop when carpet is detected.
Not sure many people want their carpets mopped…

It was and it was useful. I used all the time. What a bummer. Same situation as OP. You’d think features would be added, not removed…

Same here. I am always mopping my carpets because of cat, his fluff everywhere. And it helps to refresh them a bit. I think eufy should bring back this feature, because I was buying an expensive robot vacuum, and I want to use it how I want
