Must-Read for First-Time Users: 3 Quick Steps for Smooth Cleaning

Just follow these three easy steps to enjoy smarter and smoother cleaning in your first week .

:one: Find the Right Placement for Your Base Station

:white_check_mark: Best Spot: Against a wall, with at least 0.5 m of space on both sides and 1 m in front.
:cross_mark: Avoid: Placing under tables, in tight corners, or near curtains, carpets, clutter, or cables.

:two: Remove Clutter Before Cleaning

:teddy_bear: Clear the Path: Remove hazards that could block your robot, like toys, cables, slippers, socks, loose rugs, and curled-up mats.
:chair: Arrange Your Furniture: Push in chairs or move a few things aside to give your robot vacuum room to roam.

:light_bulb:Don’t forget to open the doors to any room you want cleaned.

:three: Set Up No-Go Zones in the App

:white_check_mark: Recommended No-Go Zones: Areas with lots of cables, children’s play areas, sunken or recessed spaces, and any other places you don’t want the robot to enter.

:round_pushpin: How to set No-Go zones:

Open the app and go to Edit Map → No-Go Zones, and draw a border to add no-go or no-mop zones.

Try it Now:
Open your app, follow these steps, and get the most from your robot vacuum today.

I only have the bounce series so this does not apply to me. Pls make one for non mapping ones and bounce series.

I built a little cubby for it in the closet and it hasn’t had any issues with clearances yet. It’s a brilliant little thing. Always finds its way in and out fine.

Which robovac do you use now?

Hey dear magtheasca, what kinds of images do you mean?

Great figures - and certainly helpful as a reminder to folks that if you continue to have navigation issues in a particular area - add no-go zones or virtual barriers! They are super helpful from keeping the bot from getting stuck!

Hi eufy and its community. I like my eufy s1 a lot, but can you please add the option (mop only) to your app through an update? It will be such a help for spills, cuz I tried it with the dual option and the roller brush got messed up.

Hi guys, my Eufy has always worked very well, but for about a week now it hasn’t been releasing water when cleaning. I’ve tried everything possible, and it’s relatively new — only a couple of months of use — but I still can’t solve the problem. Could you please help me?

Hey I’m a new eufy user and over excited about it. I’ve set to hoover and mop it seems to mop first. My logic is to hoover first. Could anyone tell me how to dry it in such a way please. :grinning:

My AE C-10 is a brick. It won’t connect to wifi or app. Holding the 2 buttons for 3 sec, 10 sec, 60 seconds does nothing. I want to factory reset. There is nothing in the app for how to do that. I’m really starting to get pissed off.

My Omni E25 is deliberately avoiding 2 uncluttered areas to mop or vacuum, 1. By a sliding glass door with vertical blinds, 2. By the Stove with reflective stainless steel door. During the mapping, the 2 areas above were not an issue. I believe the unit has issues with reflective surfaces and vertical blinds moving during operation!! Anyone has similar issues?? Thx.

Every time i try to divide a room it tells me it’s too small. IT’S HALF MY HOUSE.

One question, someone has trouble for the machine to suck up dirty water. :grimacing:

I definitely have the same issue. It doesn’t work well around mirror or reflective surfaces (sliding door). And I had the same issue where a particular area in the middle of the room is left untouched. Contacted the support team, they couldn’t help. :grimacing:

Keeps saying will not mop if started away from base but it is on the base :grimacing:

Currently having the opposite where my Omni sees the sliding mirror doors and maps an extended room beyond there and not recognise it as a wall
