My A30 sleepbuds dont completely mask snoring so trying to figure out how. And while asleep itll play the sound i want and then stop playing every 2 hours. Even thought they are still connected. Any thoughts on this anyone?
Sorry the snoring isn’t fully masked and that playback stops. For better masking, use memory‑foam tips, choose a snore‑masking soundscape (not general white noise), turn on Dynamic Snore Masking > play local Audio, and keep the case within about 2 m.
If audio stops after around two hours, check the player timer and Sleep Journey stage durations, and confirm Sleep Detection isn’t set to stop audio. If you’d like further help, email service@soundcore.com.
