my notifications used to show a thumbnail image, but I’m not longer getting that. now I just get a notification: “someone has been spotted.” did I inadvertently change a setting somewhere? I had set up cross-camera tracking, but disabled it and that didn’t solve it. I have notifications set to “full” for all cameras. does anyone know how I can fix this? I really need to have thumbnails so I know whats going on. it’s to difficult and disruptive having to check every time I get an alert.
