My solocam L20 no longer works at night but fine during the day. We don’t see the red light either. All other cameras working fine. I’ve rebooted it and tried to resync it. Any suggestions? I send a message through the help link with no response. Any way to fix this or is it now garbage?

How old is the camera? Are you able to turn on the light manually?
I know you said you reset it, did you hear two beeps after the reset?
While you have the charging cable connected,
Hold the sync button down for 10 seconds until you hear two beeps for it to reset.
Also, try this. Press the sync button 10 times consecutively.
I’ve had the camera about 18 months. Yes the light goes on manually. Works great in the daytime but zilch at night. We do not see the red lite at night like we do on the others
Resetting I can hear two beeps but I’ll try the ten second reset as you described.

At night I can manually turn on the light and then see but it detects no motion, or if it does it’s solid black and nothing shows. I don’t get a notice at night so I am assuming it is not detecting any motion. When I turn on the lights I can get color vision as I can with all the other cameras.
