My soundcore q20+ is not turning on after 2 years. It charges and i have reseted it and it does reset and thats how I know it’s not an issue with button. In some rare instaces it does turn on and it functions normally for a few minutes and go back to not turning on again. There are no software updates available. Help.
Try putting just the tip in water I’ve tried it cleans out all the wax and it also makes it sound nicer and I have the same problem as you and it turned on make sure you get just the tip and you dry it well don’t get anything more than the tip or else you can break it
The q20+ is an over ear headphone😢 so I’m not sure what i can do.

In order to further pinpoint the issue, Please try the following steps to see if it helps:
- If the earphones have been unused for a long time, it is possible
that the battery power has been significantly depleted. A short charge may not reach the power-on voltage. Please charge for at least an hour and then try again to see if the earphones can power on. - Ensure the earphone charging port and charging cable terminals are clean and free of foreign objects. Use a dry cloth or cotton swab with a bit of rubbing alcohol to clean the charging port and charging cable terminals.
- Try replacing the charging cable. We recommend using the original cable included in the package. If you already have the original cable, try replacing it.
- The charging head’s output current is insufficient. Please check the input current indicated on the charging case to ensure the output current of the charging head is greater than the input current indicated on the charging case.
