New S3 Pro system. Upgraded Homebase3, to 2TB Seagate HDD. Cameras are wired for full time power, settings for direct power and 24/7 recording confirmed. However won’t 24/7 record. No icon for video playback except on captures. Therefore no video timeline/scrubbers. 2 calls to Eufy support without fixes. Any suggestions before I send it back for refund?
