Hi, I have a Eufy C24 outdoor camera which I’ve always been able to record 24/7 on my installed sd card and review it back via the app. Last week I purchased a HomeBase s380 and had a message saying I cannot record 24/7 as I didn’t have an ssd installed. I’ve since purchased a drive but still can’t review 24/7 recording from the camera. All I can view is the event triggers via the app. Am I doing something wrong?

Check in the settings for the camera.., the AI home base connection.
See if the setting is set to record onto the hard drive and continuous recording.
