so frustrated that someone drew on my vehicle and I have the 4K ultra HD solar battery camera. I went through every notification on the camera and it did not catch the culprit despite the camera being on my VAN 24/7. I’M SO MAD BUT I WAS THINKING ABOUT PURCHASING THE HOME BASE SO THAT WAY I HAVE CLOUD STORAGE TO WHERE THE SD CARD DOESN’T RUN OUT OF STORAGE THAT I CURRENTLY HAVE BECAUSE IT ENDS UP RECORDING OVER EVENTS. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY ADVICE ON WHAT TO DO?? I CURRENTLY HAVE THE CAMERA SET TO MOTION SENSOR AND I HAVE IT SET ON MY VEHICLE AND EVERY TIME A CAR PASSES BY OR SOMEONE GOES IN FRONT OF IT IT’S SUPPOSED TO CAPTURE IT BUT IT DOESN’T ALWAYS DO THAT.

It is awful. I got no advice of the being told that I need to purchase a home base system so I have cloud backup recording and that my SD card was probably full. So I spent over $100 yesterday on a brand new home base system. And now I have to pay monthly for security as well for the home days. If this doesn’t end up working I’m just going to return the camera itself and also the home base and be done with this entire program. Three times now where I live at in the past year my vehicle has been vandalized. Two times that it happened I had the eufy camera and it did not catch it. There is a third time it doesn’t catch it then I’m done. The first time my vehicle was vandalized was the whole reason I even got this eufy camera.
Attach my receipt so trolls on here don’t try to say Im a liar.
This is what I currently have. I did not have the home base system when it happened. So I purchased the home base system yesterday. On the Black Friday Monday cyber deal

I have a solo cam with local storage, no home base but it also misses events.

I just purchased the s3pro with home base 3 and noticed it missed events. The HB3 is local storage and I have a 1TB storage that’s sitting at 99%. I doubt the issue is storage, the event just didn’t triggered to record. For example my daughter jumps into her car and drives off, none of that was triggered, all we see is the vehicle just disappeared
Is there a phone number for customer service that I can contact instead?
It’s been rough with this camera. I truly think something is defective and I’ve requested a replacement several times. I have a 1 year warranty that I can’t use. But anyways I can show screenshots of me contacting you guys by email several times in the past months. I get no resolution. And by the time I get a response by email I’ve already figured it out on my own.
I know you guys truly want your program to be Top notch and I’m with you I completely understand. But at this point I 100% believe if I would be allowed to just simply get a replacement this would solve all issues. Product I received and purchased was refurbished so I’m thinking I got a refurbished camera that was not fully effective but it is still defective.

EXACTLY !!! I KNEW I COULDN’T BE THE ONLY ONE. MY HUSBAND IS SO FRUSTRATED WITH THE SYSTEM. HES MAD that I purchased the homebase a couple of days ago. I am actually going to make an update on this post and let everyone know if it makes a difference or not for the home base. My husband thinks that it’s not going to make a difference but I’m hoping to prove him wrong. Because I truly do like the features of these cameras and I truly like the whole EUFY setup on how they have the application and we can communicate with one another on here. I don’t know of any other security system business that does that. So this EUFY company has wonderful ideas but if they can have their ideas be effective and actually work then they would be good to go and so would I.
