For anyone else who may get this issue, with no thanks to Eufy themselves on how to fix the issue.
The homebase update made the system think there was a “new SD card” detected. It was required to be formatted after the update and cameras are back to detecting and saving motion.
Pitty it also deleted all previous videos that had been detected.
Same here. Tested on ethernet and wifi, tested S380 comm with network and cams. Rebooted network and S380. Factory reset on S380 and restored all. Still get Fail to load video clips. Notifications and live view ok.
I am also having problems with the latest app update for Android of a few days ago (mid Aug).
All videos in the Events tab simply disappeared after the update. Also, the yellow bars that marked events clips on the continuous recording blue bar also disappeared. Notifications keep coming but are useless, since I cannot see the events they refer to.
Did Eufy pass the app development to interns who are still learning how to code and have no idea about testing, regression testing, etc?
Same issue. I have my S380 connected via Ethernet to my router. I can watch the videos when the notifications appear and the app is showing peoples faces under the events, but the events keep showing “Fail to load video clips, please pull down to refresh.”.
The other issue is that the alerts are missing for the sensors
I can view all of my devices live feed, the alarm is working and all devices are showing.
I have restarted my device twice and still I cannot see anything.
