Only been running this for 9 days and find this morning that both camera’s are not picking up any movement.
This us a bit worrying as they could of been like this all night.
Any ideas on how to get them working again?
If this is a common problem think I will be sending them back.
Decided to try turning both camera’s off - leaving them off for a minute - turned them back on - both working now.
But something is wrong - could of been off all night - could stop working when the go into away mode - this problem needs sorting.
I’m using geofencing - could this be the problem?
Maybe firmware update. Check the message box on the upper right under system and check if new updates were made about the same time your eufys were not workI got.
