I have 4 Eufy cameras connected to Homebase S380
Since this morning, I noticed in my Eufy Android application, tab Events is again empty.
I tried to reboot the Hombase : still no events for today and yesterday
So why ? What’s wrong ?

Hello Eufy support, what’s wrong ?
did you accidentally turn off recording’s under the smart tab? Sometimes app updates might turn off settings but a little strange if it happened to all cameras. Check your home/away settings tap smart tap> modes tap home base then gear 
icon under home then you will get this screen turn on recording and tap save

I have cheked and for the devices concerned, box vidéo recording is still enabled
Again this morning I have discovered that notifications were ended at middle of the afternoon yesterday.
So again need to reboot the homebase
So why it happens so often ?

done as usual. It works after, I can receive events
But after a while, it stops.
Will monitor today…

If you’re HomeBase is connected to Wi-Fi, if you can connect an Ethernet cable from your router to the HomeBase see if your issues still exists.
