No notifications

Hi. I put up a camera system with 3 cameras and a homebase (2), it has been working fine for moths, but now suddenly, there’s no notifications when someone triggers the system. It do record, but don’t send notifications. They use iPhone, and all settings should be fine also the camera setting, as the system has worked with no issue up until a week ago… Any suggestions

You have to go to each camera and set the notifications… there should be three different settings in each…
Text, full affect and the last one with the thumb nail… that’s what I always have it on…

It could be a HomeBase thing or a phone issue.
Try restarting the homebase.
Had the phone received a update recently?, possibly you may need to look into the settings for the phone

Thanks for your suggestions, all settings was ON but no notifications, as it had worked before.

The solution was a network issue, rebooting the WiFi did the trick.
