Ok help what di

Ok help what did I do??? Did i change some settings? When i tap on my content i don’t get my videos just a whole bunch of numbers that does nothing when I tap on it. I can read comments but can’t see the posted videos anymore. Is there a site problem? I have posted new videos and questions yesterday and it still says reviewing content. I haven’t even gotten any notifications of likes or comments either. This question probably won’t get posted either but thought I’d try.
FYI THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN FIXED BY EUFY A FEW DAYS AFTER THIS QUESTION WAS ORIGINALLY POSTED ON FEBRUARY 23-2025

Good news. Your comment was posted. It can take a few days for videos to be reviewed. Note this appears to be done by somebody based in China, so their holidays impact the review time taken.

Yes but it’s not highlighted and does nothing when I tap on it. I was able I think in the past to view my posted videos but not anymore

Check that you are logged in to your account on the Eufy community forum.

I’m logged in I can see comments put can’t figure out how to play the video someone sent me a screenshot and it has a play :arrow_forward: symbol but I don’t

Try disconnecting and reconnecting to the forum.

Not sure what you mean? I have signed out and signed back in several different times and no change. If I open Eufy fan center through the app and tap on different notifications from previous likes i can view the video but it’s not signed in to the community. If you can see someone else comment in this thread his screenshot shows the numbers and letters i see above comments but it doesn’t do anything when I tap on it. I’m new to this but I was able to view them a few days ago then i was messing with different settings under my account so I didn’t know if I changed something I shouldn’t have but I don’t know what I did. Sorry for the long reply but I need help lol

Go to your phone’s settings > Apps > Eufy Security > Clear Cache and Clear Data.

Log back into the app and check if the issue persists.

Uninstall the Eufy Security app completely.

Reinstall it from your device's app store and log back in.

It’s not just you the same thing is occurring with me also…
Don’t uninstall the eufy app it has nothing to do with it.

That screenshot you posted I see the same thing also, when it was working you would see a video picture screen with a :arrow_forward: in the center.
Also on some other video posts, the text would be highlighted in blue where you would click on it and download the video to view it, though I don’t see those at all.

Now the odd thing is, if I go to an old post, say like 15 - 20 days ago the videos play okay.

Ok thank you. I was worried I changed some settings but i’ve been unable to figure it out. There is only 1 video out of maybe 10 that is highlighted blue and that one works. I’m going to call support now not sure if the even answer questions about community problems. I’ll update if i get any answers

It’s weird, I can see older posted videos. But others here don’t seem to have a problem, so I’m thinking it’s my web browser, but then again why can I see/watch older posts??

I’ve never seen the play button. If i go to Eufy fan center through the app i can tap on notifications then tap on comments for individual videos and i can see them. It’s only when i am logged into the actual community site it’s not working. I’m waiting for them to call me back now i like that instead of waiting on hold they have the call back option, I’ve used it before and they always call back. Hopefully they answer questions about the community forum

They just called me back. No they at customer support don’t have anything to do with the community forum i have to email support @ Eufy . Com she said I’ll try that later. In the mean time if you find anything out please let me know. Thanks again for letting me know I’m not the only one
