Okay, I’ve come to the conclusion that my homebase3 can’t actually accommodate 16 devices! 7 cameras and 3 entry sensors and everything worked great! Added an 8th camera and it started going offline, then others started going offline as well! Added two more and now every camera is taking turns going offline for hours before coming back in by themselves. I’ve done the troubleshooting, moved the homebase made sure it’s not near electronics or metal, moved from the second floor to the first floor so that it’s actually closer to all the cameras, rebooted both the homebase and the network countless times, created its own secure IOT network and this is still happening!
This is probably my problem to more recently having a lot of issues. tired of constantly resetting cameras and home base. I have more than you they say sensors don’t count as devices I believe. I’m running 9 E330 pro, E220 indoor P&T, 2 C210 & 2 S300 and 6 water leak /freeze sensors
Not sure if it worked or not, but I double checked the network bridge for my pan and tilts and made sure that my network prioritizes them when they connect. Every so often I will see that one has joined the network and whenever I look in the app I have all cameras. Now, if only they all had this setting it may be more stable though minus some events. Support pretty much confirmed that the homebase3 can’t actually accommodate 16 devices yesterday and suggested buying another for better coverage of my now 10 cameras and 3 entry sensors.
I’ve gone down the rabbit hole in Reddit and seems this is a very large issue since the last firmware
All currently online (knock on wood!) and honestly think this is the longest that I’ve been able to see everything online at once. Only one pan and tilt seems to have connected to the network, but I’ve attached a screenshot of its settings.
