I believe when you tap on âokâ it should then prompt you to pick your WiFi name and then itâs password and after itâs connected it should say update available then tap on it and it will update the firmware. If itâs already been setup once before it might have lost its connection and then you have to renter info. Go to âgeneral â under camera settings and then WiFi set up. good luck
This happened to me. I called Eufy and was told to enter the QR code manually. There is an option in the set up to scan or enter manually.
Sadly pressing OK just took me back to the âpower on device pageâ however, manually entering the QR code worked! Thanks so much!
Should just be a matter of adding a new camera to your account. Then updating it in device info. You can add it to homebase afterwardsâŚ
