Pan 2k camera not connecting to Homebase 2

Hello, i recent bought a new indoor cam and it has this message. Any idea how to connect the camera to the router??

I believe when you tap on “ok” it should then prompt you to pick your WiFi name and then it’s password and after it’s connected it should say update available then tap on it and it will update the firmware. If it’s already been setup once before it might have lost its connection and then you have to renter info. Go to “general “ under camera settings and then WiFi set up. good luck

This happened to me. I called Eufy and was told to enter the QR code manually. There is an option in the set up to scan or enter manually.

Sadly pressing OK just took me back to the ‘power on device page’ however, manually entering the QR code worked! Thanks so much!

Should just be a matter of adding a new camera to your account. Then updating it in device info. You can add it to homebase afterwards…
