Hi, my pan/tilt cam has stopped working, saying unable to connect to WiFi!!
Everything else is fine and hasn’t dropped off, done a reset as per instructions and still no good, today done a 10sec hold the sync for camera to re-home but again nothing, solid blue light on the front but constantly saying no WiFi connect, email sent to Eufy but only had the cam for 9months.
Any suggestions welcome, dont want to reset my WiFi hub just incase I lose anything else.
Have you changed to new router?
Anyone in yoir house reset router?
you need 2.4ghz not 5ghz
