Phone is not connected to the internet

Hey guys,
Hope you can help me out. When I’m connected to my wifi at home, I can see the doorbell, but as soon as I get off the wifi (eg, my data) it says “phone is not connected to the internet”. I’ve added my partner to the device so he can see it too, he has no issues whatsoever even on his data…

Any help would be great!

Which app are you using iPhone or Android? Is you partner using the same app? Are you both using the latest app version available? The more information you share, the easier it is for someone to help you.

Look for apps that are different on your phone versus your partners working version.
