Please add geofencing + scheduling

It’s been five years since @AnkerSupport said that there would be an update that allows combining geofencing with scheduling, and this hasn’t moved forward one bit. This is getting quite frustrating!

One possibility would be for geofencing to get the ability to set “schedule” as its home mode. Another possibility would be for scheduling to set “geofencing” as its daytime mode. Either of these would work for me!

Another thing that would work is allowing the HomeKit integration to change the alarm mode based on HomeKit’s geofencing - for example, set it to “away” when the last person leaves home, and to “scheduled” when the first person arrives home. Or even having HomeKit do all of the mode switching, since its automations are certainly powerful enough for it.

I work from home and do not need security alerts when I’m at home during the day, but I do need security alerts at night and when I’m away.

I’m in the same situation as you working from home. I feel so many of the features are so one sided and not flexible. This is how it works, deal with it. Instead of, we understand there are many situations out there and our solutions are robust enough to provide options.

Come on Eufy Anker. This cannot be hard. During daytime I want Geofence and during nighttime I want Away mode.

+1 I bought an Arlo system five years ago that could do this. It’s a table stakes feature. Please.

I cannot believe it’s still not implemented at it’s a very basic feature.
5 years ago I returned my eufy cameras and switched to Arlo for this exact reason. I just bought again eufy cameras and I will return them again for this reason …

I just got the HM3 and 4 cameras during Black Friday. I was so excited to get the system up and running and now I am wasting valuable hours trying to figure out a way to enable such an easy feature (Geo + Sched) that should have been added to this platform years ago. I am now back to square-one researching home security systems. I am returning these cameras.

Does anyone know if there is a way to send direct messages to Eufy? I don’t believe they actually look in these forums for feedback.
