I can’t connect my R50i even if i see them

I own a xiaomi and i try litterally everything i seen on internet

Here are some steps you can try to fix the pairing issue with your Soundcore R50i earbuds:

  1. Remove the protective film covering the metal connectors on the earbuds. (If you already removed it, please skip this step.)
  2. Forget all previous Bluetooth pairing records on your device (phone, computer, etc.) and then turn off Bluetooth.
  3. Reset the earbuds — make sure both earbuds have enough battery:
  • Place both earbuds in the charging case and keep the lid open.
  • Press and hold the buttons on the left and right earbuds at the same time for 8 seconds, until the LED indicators flash three times quickly, indicating a successful reset.
  1. Turn Bluetooth back on, search for “Soundcore R50i”, and pair.
    If a pairing confirmation window appears, please select “Pair” for both earbuds. If you accidentally select “Cancel”, simply turn off Bluetooth and then turn it back on to retry.

These steps should restore normal pairing functionality between your earbuds and your Xiaomi device.
