Poor quality of eufy cam 2c pro in home kit

Hello,
I am using eufycam 2C pro with homekit. The quality of the streaming and recording are very poor. I have a mot of pixels on my videos.
Am I the only one to have this issue ?

While we don’t have a lot of pixels, the quality isn’t 2k as other normal cameras and camcorders we have.
