False advertising. I would not have purchased this if I wouldn’t have known that I wouldn’t be able to see any of the activities unless I made payments. I would send it back, but I’d already paid somebody to put it up there so I’ll do whatever minimal plan there is and I’ll never buy anything from you guys again.

Bought Eufy as there were no ongoing add on costs. So won’t be using.
camras are total garbage as is the customer support camera’s all 4 of mine never captures or saves any events have the cloud on eufy andd apple still never ssves videos and rarely even detects any motion and yes all the cameras are in srong wifi zone

I am finding this out too, as I just paid the installer $223 to install all my cameras; I am paying the $29.99/mo to Cove for the services, but didn’t realize until this evening that I have no “activities” to view even though I get the alerts when they are happening. I think they are wanting us to pay an additional $9.99/mo for cloud storage to view our “activities”, but I’m not even sure how long these recordings are, even though the install guy said that it should record as long as there is audio and video detected. I’m calling Cove in the morning to get some clarification!
Wow, just wow! This is an amazing security camera! It’s extremely user friendly and the setup was simple. I’ve used other less expensive cameras and they couldn’t touch the S350 indoor security camera! Buy an SD card and you won’t need cloud backup coverage. Even if you do buy the cloud backup, it’s only 2.99/ month.
