I have an icloud account but it would not let me use that. It wanted me to pay for a separate cloud through them.
When I noticed this, I also noticed the camera has itâs own storage you can access, though not a lot. So, I opted to leave it as is and just check the camera footage periodically to see if there is anything there I need to keep (rare). If not, I just delete it, leaving lots of space for more.

Canât believe you charge such an extortionate amount for this - sheet greed - any other cloud backup service is a fraction of why you charge - I was looking to install cctv using these kit on 6 properties but my clients say itâs cheaper to run it from a pc with memory if you have 4 or more cameras
No. You need the homebase
i wish cloud storage was only accessible by the owner and not residents or invited users. The point of cloud backup is so there is secure copy. Residents can delete clips from the base storage and when they do it deletes from cloud storage they also can see the cloud saved videos and delete them. So whatâs the point? This should only be accessible by the owner of the system. I would prefer to at least get notified when someone deletes a backup.
Bothered itâs the most important feature that we donât have but they increase price for the cloud

Hi, just wanted to check, when it says device, does it refer to the number of eufy cameras we want backup storage for or is it the number of device (e.g mobile) that can access the storage ?

We should have an option to backup to another service or to a local drive, NAS or shared folder.
