Question, when I go in to look at a camera I get a motion alarm. Is anyone else having an issue like this?
I know there was just an update, I may try removing and adding the camera back in to the program. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this.

I get them sometimes. They now record events even during live view, the lights there are the motion it’s detecting.

Just an update, in the menu for sensitivity, there are several categories you can select I selected humans, vehicles, pets, and left “All motions” unchecked and all these issues went away, including the “nuisance trips”.
Its been working quite well.

What I found is in the motion category if you let “all motions” unselected, all them issues went away. I selected HUMANS, PETS, VEHICLE, and that’s it.
I have this issue as well, but at night if I don’t have motion, even at it’s lowest, you will find that it doesn’t record any Events all night. My biggest issue with Eufy is the lack of recording of Events at night. It’s a catch 22, if the motion is not on Events are missed, if on you get any motion even lights as recorded Events. Unless it’s a clear Human, Pet or Vehicle in the light it won’t record it.

There was some roadworks recently in a nearby street. It lasted for 2 weeks. The workmen left a small triangular sign showing the symbol of a man digging about 100 yards from my camera. Even on the lowest sensitivity setting it triggered the camera to record what it thought was a human more than 100 times each day. The AI is good but it’s still needs some work
