Recorded/Downloaded Videos w/o Sound

I have my Homebase 3 / Indoor Cam recording 24/7 ( there’s a 4 TB internal ssd drive installed. )

When I go to the moment that I would like to capture and press the record, and then record the minutes of interest to me - the app saves to my Photos ( running MacOS, latest everything. )

Well, when I then play back - there’ no sound. I’ve played back inside the Photos app, the MacOS preview, and even VLC…No audio.

I can hear everything just fine as the clip is being played.

I also checked within the Eufy app that this option was turned on: Settings → Audio Settings → Audio Recording ( turned on ).

Any ideas?

I have the same issue with my Indoor Cam Pan & Tilt camera. After firmware update to 2.2.0.0 there is no sound during live view and recordings. Everything is turned on but still there is no sound.
