Homebase 3 not exporting audio from video recording

I’m having the following issue:

I have an indoor Can Pan&Tilt and it stores recordings/video + audio through the edge connection on my homebase 3.
When I watch (stream) an event from this camera on my phone I can clearly hear the sound, but when I download/export the video to my iPhone, there is no sound.

I also tried the following: I connected an external drive to archive the video on an external USB disk. Even then when I watch the video on my laptop: also no sound. It looks like it is perhaps exporting the wrong audio stream. Can you please advise how to solve this ?

I have the exact same issue. It started happening after I purchased the Homebase Hub and connected all my camera too it. Video and audio record and playback perfectly in the app. However, when saving videos onto my iPhone the audio track does not download. Please address this.

Try using another video player on your phone. Not sure whether VLC is available on IOS, but it usually sorts out any issues on other platforms.

Using VLC did not work. Still has missing audio. Thank you for suggestion, but still trying to find a solution.

I have the same issue. I don’t have a home base but I have no audio on the app for my recordings.

You must submit feedback under Help in Eufy app.
Attach clips of download using 3rd party host. EUFY UPLOAD VIDEO feature is a dud feature.

More you report, Eufy will know. It is key function.
