Recording stutter, is this normal?

Just installed the eufy 2K Pro (base and 2 cameras).

Recording from both cameras ‘stutters’, looks like several frames are missing. In a 20 second recording this happens 2 - 3 times. Both cameras are < 6ft from the base, which is just on the other side of a stucco wall.

This happens even when clip is downloaded to my iPad

Is this nornal ?

I had the same problem with wired c24. I changed out the sd card for a 4k sd card and it works fine now. Hope that helps. I use SanDisk 128gb
