On 22nd December 2021 I referred a friend using my referral link. He placed an order that day and has received his products (order value in excess of £200) but I have still yet to receive any notification from Eufy or an Amazon discount code. I’ve waited 1month for them to verify etc, but still nothing.
Anyone know who/how to contact? 
Contact support@eufylife.com. Explain what your problem is and give your friends order number.
They can do a hard search.
