Has anyone received a product after someone used your referral link.
I was supposed to receive a free product. Got emails from eufy saying someone has used my link, referral approved and shipped but it never arrived. App altered to say I had claimed the referal product and was approved, but hasn’t altered to shipped.
Customer services totally infuriating just sent me a load of useless copy/paste text about how to claim a referral and that the new customer must use the referral link for me to gain a qualifying product, despite me clearly sending a description of the issue and screenshots and the emails they sent to say the referral had been approved. I know how to claim it, you’ve already approved it. the issue is I haven’t received it, so why send all that info.
Then even more infuriating correspondence wanting a referral link, an order number etc despite their emails to me confirming the status as approved and shipped not having any reference number. But they don’t address the problem of me not receiving it They just tell me how to claim a product I’ve already claimed, and they’ve approved!. .
Anyone actually successfully received a free product from the referral offer.
