Dear Eufy Team,
As a long-time Eufy fan and a smart home enthusiast, I’m very excited about the upcoming S2 Pro Omni. Based on what we’ve seen with the excellent S1 Pro, I’m confident that Eufy is ready to push boundaries even further.
Here are the key features I (and likely many others) truly hope to see on the S2 Pro Omni:
-
Direct connection to home’s water supply and drainage
This would eliminate the need for refilling and emptying tanks manually. With many homes already having water inlets and drain lines in place, this would make the cleaning truly automated—perfect for busy users or smart home integration. -
Built-in system to cut hair, threads, or pet fur wrapped around rollers or mops
Many of us face constant maintenance because of tangled hair or threads. A built-in cutter or anti-tangle mechanism would save so much time and effort. -
Auto mop lifting when detecting carpets
So that wet mopping does not accidentally dampen rugs or carpets during cleaning. -
Heated mop washing system
Hot water helps dissolve sticky stains better and improves mop hygiene. -
AI-powered edge detection with extendable side brushes
For better cleaning of edges and corners, especially in tight or uneven areas. -
Large capacity dustbin and water tanks, or expandable tank module
To reduce the need for frequent emptying/refilling, especially for large households. -
Noise reduction during operation and at the base station
Many users run the robot at night or in small apartments—quieter operation would help a lot.
If even half of these make it to the final S2 Pro Omni, I’m confident it will become one of the best (if not the best) robot vacuums on the market.
Thanks for listening to the community! Looking forward to the official launch.
Warm regards,
