Hi There, My S330 is turning on the Spotlight when it detects motion, the camera is in offline status, has anyone the same issue.?
In my opinion the camera should not detect any motion at all when it´s off, it´s only the spotlight and not the camera therefore there is no notification on my phone, but i suppose the spotlight is turning off and on all night long when it´s Windy, for a couple off weeks ago i did it 2-3 times when i looked at the camera, yes i could turn it into Black & White Nightvision, but i want to choose myself between B&W and Color, anyone got a solution, or is it a defect camera…?
Is the camera still connected to the homebase? The camera has such an offline network protection mechanism that it can still transmit data to the homebase when offline.
I want to turn it off completely, the light alarm is turned off in the app, Btw is this a new feature in the app, i dont remember have seen it before, i will try if it works tonight when i get home from work… /Thanks for your help.
@Miro.Z It seems like it works now, i tried it yesterday evening, the spotlight was not turning on and the Spotlight are in color mode, so everything are ok now, but could you please confirm if the Light Alarm setting in the App are new, and added in the latest version of the App.?
