I too have notice that my camera is missing motion that it was picking up after I first installed it. I hope this update will fix that problem.
Please make it so I can flip though with a finger swipe recorded events in wide screen not portrait format!

this camera and this is why I purchased it because I donāt have to pay 
a subscription! I am planning on buying a door bell to replace the other brand I have.i love the great features they provide. 
Iāve been having trouble with two of my cameras they donāt work right I love the security system at first but itās getting annoying I think when someone has trouble and you have all the cameras that I have I think they will give you a camera on the house when youāve helped tell other people about them and theyāve got this security camera cause you get them good information but now Iām having trouble with two of my cameras it really sucks when I really need them and paid a lot for Them

No subscription was the ONLY reason I purchased eufy. If the start charging, eufy loses its appeal.
I came here just to say that as well. Though I very very highly doubt this will do anything at all for stopping plants, chairs, tables and other inanimate objects from being picked up as motion/stranger alerts allllll day long.
I donāt like eufy that much because I canāt connect it with my Samsung family hub fridge.
I upgraded the app and did a firmware update on my eufy doorbell and now I canāt connect to by doorbell, canāt reset it either.
Iāve never seen a more negative group of comments, expecting the worst from a company that in my opinion has only delivered rock solid.

I have a new internet provider. How do I update the internet info?
The new indoor e30 has no way of messing with the alarm. Itās not under security and nowhere in the camera settings. The alarm keeps going off but thereās no settings to correct this.
Iāve had my home surrounded in cameras for a year now with eufy, and only three of them are still working.

A battery āchargeā status would be nice. I currently āguessā when it might be ālowā.
Does eny body have the customer service number this outdoor camara it started good but now after a few months the solar panel wonāt charge it takes long 4 it 2 charge itās bin like this 3 days eny body having the same problem help
