I set my doorbell to all motion, increased the sensitivity, and created an activity zone someone came on my porch stole my packages and the doorbell didnt even notify me nor did it catch them. To add insult to injury the next day they brought the stolen packages back and the doorbell still not activate. The only thing that seems to work properly is the error message " can not connect to application server " that keeps popping up almost everyday.

Try restart your home base and see if Taft fixes the issue.
Also verify your security modes have push notifications enabled. I haven’t had any further issues since the server outages.
