Should I upgrade my cameras I feel like the detail could be way better
Detail is probably better when it’s not in night vision mode. I’ve disabled night vision on my indoor cams I have set in windows, and have an infrared light next to two, everything they record is in color… Detail is debatable since they are recording through glass plus a screen lol.
Indoor CCTV not the best for outside recording especially night time. Colour mode (Daylight/Standard) like on the S3 Pro makes a big difference on detail.
I’ve been thinking the same thing about upgrading my camera. I have Home-base2. Most of the new cameras I’ve seen lately are working with Home-based 3.
I upgraded from the Homebase 2 a while ago, and yes all the new cameras need HB3. A worthwhile investment if your upgrading, just look out for special deals (and watch the prices)…plus any credits towards the vouchers helps.
If not happy with the current one, yes why not

When it comes to security your house your home you you have to go with what’s more important
If you have the money upgrade. Other suggestions, different location. Maybe
Lighting porch, light, nighttime daytime, night vision all those settings. Until you can get a new one. Try a different location or different lighting. They just have an effect.Good luck
