Since the last app update where the eufy logo was changed, I have not received any thumbnails with my doorbell camera notifications for my Apple Watch, my iPhone, or even my wife’s iPhone. There must have been some changes to the app because I had always gotten thumbnails from the camera before. Does anyone have a solution to this? I have not had any other changes to my internet service, watch, or iPhone.

Since HomeBase update 3.3.6.9h my EufyCam 2c is unavailable in HomeKit

same issue with our 4 eufycam video cameras. Everyone of them showing “No Response” in the Home app. Noticed same firmware update to the homebase 2 occured recently.
I have mines with my Alexa, it works great , I also have iPhone and it works okay there too. Go into the settings on eufy picture when you open app and go into notifications and just make sure it’s on then check your notifications on your actual phone settings and it should work?
oh, and also make sure that your camera is up to date your phone is up-to-date too
