Not sure what is going on with you Eufy
lately when trying to connect to my devices for either a notification or just simple live view, it either takes very long time or receive error message that there is a connection issue and asks me to check my network and/or devices.
At home on Wi-Fi fine but as soon as i away from my home network this is when the issues start.
What’s the point of a system that sends you a notification and you can’t view it for 10 mins!!!
Main device is IOS, maybe issue with IOS16? but also tried on Android and even logged in on someone’s else device same issue.
Since the release of the HB3 the performance of the HB2 has degraded, seems as there is some sort of server issue and as Eufy is owned by Anker who are part of AWS, server connectivity should not be the issue
