So many issues with our C20. Constant errors and had only truly worked maybe 2 of 20 attempts. Currently, the error is “unable to identify position”. We have tried resetting, remapping, clearing and cleaning, but it’s favorite thing to do is clean itself, wash its Mops and go home. It’s this foolery common??

Only the third time of cleaning, but it’s washed the kitchen floor three times and keeps going home to wash the mops, and starting again. Interested to hear you have had similar problems. If you tell it not to wash, just to vacuum, does it stop worrying about its dirty mops??
I am having the same issue! Does anyone have a fix for this?
