So the eufy homebase 3 and eufy S 3 pro records events when it’s in my hand but when o sweet it down it does not record events. Any thoughts? All settings are correct. I’m thinking it is a hardware issue. Your thoughts

Maybe the S3 Pro is too far away from the HomeBase3?

It’s 15 feet away.

Could it be the WiFi signal? Is that you are suggesting.

I would try the WiFi

If the camera is only 15 ft away from the HomeBase and it has a good Wi-Fi connection to the HomeBase there shouldn’t be an issue.
Why it only records while in your hand and not when you mount it outside beats me…

Can you post a screenshot of the Eufy App homepage and the S3 Pro settings page, would like to see what the Wi-Fi status signal shows.
