Solar in-built

Solar in-built cameras (e.g. S220) or camera with separate solar panel (e.g. C210 with solar panel)? Which one would you go for? Anyone have experience with both? any pros and cons worth looking out for?

If you’re going to point the camera southward, then the s220 should be okay.
I got the s340, and decided to mount the solar panel separately. Mounting the s340 under the roof eave, in the shade, should increase the camera’s longevity…in Arizona.
