Solocam s40 stuck in an update loop

I just got 3 solo cams, set up two of them, but the third one started updating, and never finished. I removed it from the app and tried to factory reset it but no luck. It will not pair either. It is not making the beep to start the paring process. Every once in a while it goes from solid blue to blue with all the red lights on.

I’m stuck on this as well. Did find a solution or did you return the camera?

I had to return for a new one.

Same here. Camera was working, I removed it from the app and now the reset button does nothing, no beep
