How do I access the stored files? I can see it has stored items but no way to access.
Did you plug in the eufycam 2c to your computer?
If it’s the homebase, the videos are encrypted so you can’t see them. If it’s the cam, I suspect those are OS files. Can you share a screenshot of what you’re seeing?
