Stuck facing down. Any tips on how to get my cam to pan and tilt again? It is only a week old, and now it doesn’t film or record or notify or do anything. Stuck in down position. I unplugged and checked settings but nothing works.

Try uninstalling it and then reinstalling it to clear up any glitchy settings. Also, try doing the calibration option in the settings to possibly clear out and reset any glitches.

I agree try doing a calibration. If not maybe it went to far and get back on track. did someone push it manually to far? Try to push it back a little. If nothing works make a warranty claim tell them you tried everything (just don’t say you tried moving it manually) and you want it replaced. I had trouble once with one (different model) I bought through amazon, made a claim with Eufy and they sent a new one the next day from amazon and emailed me a return shipping label

Can you set a default position? Not sure if thats possible with this camera model.

lol yeah that is me that got credit I was wondering the same thing why did I get credit just for a like. Sorry about that I think the person that posted the question has to tap on the solved tab and just hit on the wrong person. If it makes you feel a little better I’ve helped a lot of people with different issues over the last year & 1/2 and they very rarely they respond with a thanks or it worked never mind hitting the solved tab I don’t understand why they don’t! Almost makes me not want to help anymore. I guess they have the time to ask for help but not to respond back to us.

Same here. I’ve been trying to assist other Eufy members within the community for several years. In many cases, we get no recognition for helping.

Is it in privacy mode? Try in your settings to find the 
icon and make sure it’s not turned to X
