My euphy solo cam s340, second time now, camera gets stuck looking at the ground and I cannot pan as it appears to get stuck looking at the ground, and cannot pan upwards. It’s only 2 months old. Fully charged, no issues there.

Is there any grit in the visable mechanics? Can you manually re position it? Have you set the default position?
