Hello i have home base with battery doorbell,
Suddenly couple of days ago the app was logged out and needed to login back but i saw all was empty,
So I can connect home base to router but when trying to add the front camera back and after pressing sync it wont connect and givez error that have no internet but internet is fine…
Please fix this

How do I do this? The battery doorbell works I see the blue ring and when press the button it rings, homebase light is blue and can connect to eufy app but the doorbell wont anymore connect.
I tried many things, reset, other ethernet cable, closed to homebase etc nothing works.
Same thing happened to me and I still can’t get it to work. Any solutions?
This is not an issue you have caused. It is the latest “let’s break the system” update from Eufy. Get used to this. Last 2 updates have done this and looks like this one too! I’m having the same problem and I know the system inside out.
