The green LED at the Ethernet port does not light up

Today I received my new video doorbell with homebase 2. I plugged in the original adapter and after that the original UTP cable. The LED is flashing red, even after 10 minutes. The green LED at the Ethernet port does not light up at all.

I use a Zyxel VMG8825-T50 router/modem.

What did I try:

  1. Factory reset
  2. Other UTP cable
  3. DHCP server setting is on in router
  4. Firewall settings set to off in router

Still doesn’t work ;-(

Any tips and or advice?
